Scott Jones was born in Beverly Hills and on his way to Florida he has journeyed across the country picking up some of the best flavors the US has to offer. At the age of just 14 he began his career in an Arizona steakhouse. His culinary path has included work in Italian, German and even beach barbeque restaurants. In 2010 Scott joined the Queen’s Head as sous chef under Chef Chris Greer and in 2011 replaced Chris as executive chef. Innovation with an eye for detail is Scott’s trademark. He enjoys blending his varied experiences and his love for the exotic to reinvent the familiar and create the deliciously unexpected. Scott Jones is a chef to definitely pay attention to and more importantly to enjoy his creations.
